Start Teams.
In Windows, click Start > Microsoft Teams
On Mac, go to the Applications folder and click Microsoft Teams.
On mobile, tap the Teams icon.
In Chrome, open Office.com and sign in with your school email and password.
At the sign-in address screen, enter your Seton Hall email.
Sign in with your Seton Hall username and password. (if prompted, select work/school account).

Launch Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is an application where people can collaborate, hold meetings, and share files. It supports private and group conversations, and synchronous virtual classes can also be conducted using Microsoft Teams.
Follow these steps to launch Microsoft Teams:

Sign into Microsoft Teams
Once the Microsoft Teams has launched, you will be prompted to sign into a Microsoft account.
Enter your <username>@shu.edu, then select the Next button. For example, if your name is Mary Smith and your username is "smithmar", you will enter "smithmar@shu.edu."
You will be asked to specify if the account is a Work or school account or a Personal account. Select Work or school account.
The Seton Hall login screen will appear. Enter your eight-character username and network password. Then, click the Sign in button. You may be prompted to authenticate via Duo Two-Factor Authentication.

Using Microsoft Teams When Signed into Multiple Email AccountsWhen using Microsoft Teams on the web in a browser where you are signed into multiple email accounts—whether in Outlook, Gmail, or another email service—Teams may automatically log in with the most recently used account. If this is not your Seton Hall University account, you may be unable to join meetings, access files, or use certain features. This occurs because Teams on the web does not prompt you to select an account but instead defaults to the last active login session in the browser, regardless of the email provider. Common Issues:
