After a Faculty member fills out the software request form, and the request has been processed, you will receive an email message with a download link and license code.
Locate the Respondus4Campus.exe installation file in the your downloads folder, and then double-left click on .
Double-click the file to initiate start the software setupinstallation process.
If the prompted by Windows UAC ( User Account Control (UAC) pop-up appears, select click Yes to the "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this your computer?” question prompt.
Double-click the Respondus4Campus.exe installation file to initiate the software installation.
Select Next in the following steps Continue the installation by selecting Next on each step, and accept the terms of the license agreement.
Launch Respondus 4.0 by locating the Respondus 4.0 icon on the desktop and double-clicking it
The Campus-wide License screen will be displayed appear. Enter the following information:
Institution Name: Seton Hall University
Local Support Contact(s): Amy Phillips
Installation Password: (provided via email)
Select Click the License button to continueproceed.
Select the Close button at the prompt When prompted, click Close to decline the Respondus Newsletter.
Select Canvas from From the Learning Management System “Personality” pull-down menu, select Canvas.
