In order to print, your computer must either be a Department of Information Technology issued computer or your computer must be connected to the SHU domain. Any University purchased computer, whether Windows or Mac, must be on the SHU domain. Download the install file to your Windows machine. Go to your download folder and locate PrintScoutInstaller.zip Right-click on the folder and select Extract all. Click Extract. In your download folder, open the folder titled PrintScoutInstaller and open the file titled PrintScoutInstaller. A security popup window will appear. Select More info and then Run anyway If asked for permission again, select Yes.
During your first print, you may be prompted by Pharos Sentry Print. Click Login to continue. Enter your PirateNet username and password and if prompted, authenticate with Duo. If prompted to continue setting up release methods, select No.
