  • Customers who wish to reserve a room must be affiliated with or sponsored by a department, administrator or faculty member of Seton Hall University.

  • Due to high demand of classroom space, the Provost and Registrar offices take priority on all room reservations.

  • The library schedule changes throughout the semester based on staffing and academic need. Customers are encouraged to consult the Walsh Library website for the most up to date building schedule.

  • Events starting prior to the official library hours or ending after the library is officially closed, must submit a request to security.request@shu.edu to have a guard posted at the library doors. Please note: There is a charge for this service.

  • In cases where additional personnel, equipment or services is requested, charges may apply and are payable in advance.
