Following After having your SHU-issued laptop serviced by PC Support Services and/or acquiring a replacement component (i.e. power adapter, stylus, etc.), there may be a fee associated with the services rendered.
If you wish to question the assessment of this resulting fee or discuss a reduction of this fee you may file an appeal you’d like to request that this fee be reassessed or reduced, you may submit a Laptop Repair Appeal form. To do so you would want fill out our appeal form and have appeal process began for you.:

You will need to log in using your Seton Hall credentials, if you are not already log logged in to page (as indicated by your initials or custom avatar icon in upper right corner) please do so.
Select the option for “All Services”
On left hand column select “Other Services”
Then select the “Laptop Repair Appeal” form, then select Other Services on the left-hand menu.
Choose the Laptop Repair Appeal.
Complete all required fields and submit the form. This will begin the appeal process and the Service Desk will be in contact with you regarding your request.
