Manage Devices in Duo

After successfully enrolling in Duo two-factor authentication, you can manage your Duo settings through the Duo 2FA app in PirateNet. The Duo Self-Service app allows you to perform the following tasks without contacting the Technology Service Desk:

  • Re-register the Duo Mobile app on a device

  • Change settings for an existing device or phone number

These steps apply to users who have a new phone or who have deleted the Duo Mobile app and need to re-activate Duo Mobile on the same or a different device.

At the Duo prompt:

  2. Select Enter a Passcode, then choose Text me new codes to receive a verification code at your existing phone number.
