Access University-Issued Branded Templates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Seton Hall provides official branded templates for PowerPoint and Word, featuring the university’s colors, fonts, logos and layouts, are designed to ensure consistency across university-created content. They are readily available to all university community members logged into their Microsoft 365 apps with Seton Hall credentials.
University templates are available in the desktop and web versions of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. However, they are not available in the mobile app on iOS or Android.
Access PowerPoint Templates
Launch the PowerPoint desktop application or access PowerPoint via your web browser.
Click on the "NEW" button to start a new presentation.
Select to the Seton Hall University tab, located next to the Office tab, which houses default Office templates.
Click on the University Presentation template, which includes various slide styles such as title, caption, subheading, and imagery.
To add new slides with consistent formatting, click on the New Slide icon in the PowerPoint taskbar to view all available slide types defined in the slide master.
Access Word Templates
Launch the PowerPoint desktop application or access PowerPoint via your web browser.
Click on the "NEW" button to start a new document.
Select to the Seton Hall University tab, located next to the Office tab, which houses default Office templates.
Click on the University Letterhead template, which includes the official university header and footer.
Additional Information:
Fonts and Styles: All templates utilize University-approved branding, with Franklin Gothic for headers and Georgia for body text.
Installing Additional Fonts: If you need the official university primary fonts (Franklin Gothic URW and Gellar), follow the steps provided in the University’s font installation guide here.
