Add a To-Do Item in the Calendar
As a student, you can add a to-do item to your Calendar. You also have the option to create to-do items from the Dashboard List View.
Notes:
To-do items are not included in the Calendar iCal feed.
Your personal calendar must be selected before adding a to-do item.
Steps to Add a To-Do Item:
Click the Calendar link in Global Navigation.
Select a date on the calendar to add an event [1].
Use the arrows next to the month name to navigate to a different month [2].
Alternatively, click the Add icon [3] to quickly create an entry.
In the pop-up window, go to the My To Do tab [1].
Enter a title in the Title field [2].
The Date field defaults to the current date [3]. To change the date when you want to complete the item, type the new date or select a date by selecting the Calendar icon.
If needed, enter a specific time in the Time field [4]. If no time is entered, the Time field defaults to 11:59 p.m.
By default, the to-do item is associated with your personal calendar. To link it to a specific course, select a course from the Calendar drop-down menu [5].
In the Details field [6], add any other details about your to-do item.
Click Submit to save the to-do item.
View your to-do item in the Calendar.
You can also view your to-do item it in the List View Dashboard.
To edit or delete a to-do item, click its name [1] and select Edit [2] or Delete [3].
