Access Course Photo Roster

Available only to instructors, the Course Photo Roster displays a list of students enrolled in your course along with basic contact information and a photograph supplied by the ID Card Center. This tool provides the ability to "put a face with a name" as well as develop seating assignments and "meet" online students.

Access and Print Your Course Photo Roster

1. Log into PirateNet using your Seton Hall username and password.

2. Once you're on the PirateNet Dashboard, select the University Portal.

3. In the University Portal, click the Faculty & Advising tab to locate the My Course Information card.

4. Click on View Class/Wait Lists.

5. Click in the row for the course you are interested in viewing.

6. A class list will appear with the students' photos displaying to the left of the student’s name. A blank avatar will appear if the student does not have a photo on record.
   Note: Student photos will only display to the instructor of record.

7. Click the Print icon in the upper right of the screen.
