Meta Quest Pro Quick Start Guide
Before you start:
Start slow. Many users, especially in the beginning, can get motion sickness.
Limit your time to 15-20 minutes until you can acclimate.
Ensure enough space between you and other people and/or objects.
Ensure both hand straps are utilized before starting.
Ensure the headstrap fits snug and secure before starting.

Initial Setup
Turning on your headset
Press and hold the power button on the left-hand side of the headset for 3 seconds or until you hear a chime sound and see the Meta symbol appear in your headset.
How to Use the Controllers
Getting Started
To use the Meta Quest Pro controllers, turn on your headset, then access the "Settings" menu, navigate to "Controllers," and select "Pair New Controller" to pair each controller with your headset.
Basic Controls
You can then use the thumbsticks to move around, triggers to interact with objects, and the buttons for various actions within VR experiences, with the design allowing for precise hand movements and intuitive interactions thanks to features like TruTouch haptics.
Pairing
Access the headset settings, go to "Controllers," and choose "Pair New Controller" to connect your controllers to the headset.
Thumbsticks
Move your avatar around in virtual environments.
Triggers
Used for grabbing or interacting with objects, often with varying pressure sensitivity depending on the application.
Buttons
Perform various actions within VR experiences, depending on the game or app.
Hand tracking
While the Quest Pro supports hand tracking, the controllers provide more precise control for most interactions.
TruTouch haptics
This feature allows for realistic tactile feedback through the controllers, simulating textures and actions within virtual environments.
Tips & Tricks
To recenter your view, simply press and hold the Oculus button on your touch controller until your view resets.
