Access your W-2

Use University Portal to view, download or print your W-2 for the current tax year. Use the video walkthrough or instructions below.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to PirateNet.

  2. Select University Portal.

 

  1. Open the Employee tab.

  2. Locate the W-2 Information card.

     

    • If you do not see it, select Search all cards and search W-2.

     

  3. Select the link for the current tax year W-2.

  4. You will be redirected to ADP. Under Tax Statements, locate the W-2 from Seton Hall University for the current calendar year.

     

    • In future years, you will also see prior-year W-2s listed here.

 

  1. Select View.

  2. Use the on-screen options to Print or Download your W-2 for tax filing.
