Please note: After installing “Xerox Printer for MacOS” it will default printing by default it isset to print in color.
Color printing has an additional charge for output of pages. Download the install file Go to the Finder, locate the download folder and double click on SOBluePrintFacStaffXerox_Mac2.dmg
Within the SOBluePrintFacStaffXerox_Mac2installer drive there will be three folders.
You must install them in sequence and one at a time. Select the 1. Install Print Scout folder and open the MacPrintScoutInstaller.pkg file to launch the setup wizard.
Follow the prompts and proceed with the installation using the default settings. When prompted to input a username/password use the local computer username and password.
During installation a “Registering printer” screen will appear, after completing registration to Seton Hall University you may close dialog box. Select the 2. Install Xerox Driver folder and open the Xerox Drivers.pkg file to launch the setup wizard.
Follow the prompts and proceed with the installation using the default settings. When prompted to input a username/password use the local computer username and password.
During installation wizard will attempt to locate printer. There is no printer to locate.
Select “continue” and choose to not continue discovering printer. Select the 3. Set Default Driver folder and open the Install.pkg file to launch the setup wizard.
Follow the prompts and proceed with the installation using the default settings. When prompted to input a username/password use the local computer username and password.
