Mailboxes assigned to individuals (i.e., "john.doe@shu.edu" or "mary.smith@student.shu.edu").
Shared mailboxes, also known as resource mailboxes, assigned to a particular department (i.e., "history@shu.edu") and can be accessed by multiple users.
