Toner Replacement: When a device reaches a low toner level of 20%, you will receive a warning on the screen. Toner replenishment will be automatically triggered and shipped to the printer location. If the toner reaches 5% or lower without a replacement, please contact the Technology Service Desk to initiate a supply request at www.xseonline.com.
Defective or Unusual Cases: If you encounter a defective supply or experience any unusual issues during the printing process, please contact the Technology Service Desk to promptly resolve the issue and minimize disruptions to your printing workflow.
