If your account did not automatically connect, a pop-up window will appear asking you to provide your Microsoft credentials. Enter your <username>@shu.edu, then select the Next button. For example, if your name is Mary Smith and your username is "smithmar", you will enter "smithmar@shu.edu."
You will be asked if your account is a Personal or Work or school account, select the Work or school button.
The Seton Hall login screen will appear. Enter your eight-character username and network password. Then, click the Sign in button. You may be prompted to authenticate via Duo Two-Factor Authentication.
A screen will display indicating the location of your OneDrive, choose the Next button.
When presented with the prompt, “OneDrive would like access …”, choose Allow.
On the Finish Setting Up screen, select Next.
When prompted with the “OneDrive.app would like to start syncing” screen, choose the OK button to start syncing your files.
You will be prompted if you wish to set up the mobile app, choose the Later button.
Proceed through the additional questions/prompts accordingly.

From the Finder (aka desktop background) choose the “Go” menu and choose the “Applications” option.
Double click on the “Microsoft Outlook” icon.
On the “Welcome to Outlook” screen enter your <username>@shu.edu and choose the “Continue” , then select the Next button.
For example, if your name is Mary Smith and they have a your username of is "smithmar" would , you will enter "smithmar@shu.edu." (without the quotes)You will be prompted that privacy matters, select the “Done” button.
After a few seconds you will be prompted that setup was complete, choose the “Personalize Now“ button and choose your options accordingly.
Outlook client will add your mailbox and download the contents of your account.
Note, this process may take a little time based upon how much mail needs to download and your connection speed.
