Access Your Information through Self-Service Banner
Log into PirateNet using your Seton Hall username and password.
Search for and click on the Self-Service Banner app (SSB).
Once in SSB, click on the dashboard that corresponds to your primary role at the University (e.g., Student, Faculty, or Employee).
Scroll down to your dashboard options to locate the Personal Information tile.

Follow these steps to add or update your email addresses, telephone numbers and ethnicity and race:
Click on the link to View/Update Personal Information.
Then, click the Personal Information button.
Navigate to the relevant section:
Click the Add New icon in the upper-right corner of your section to add information.
Click the pencil icon under your existing information to edit.
When finished, be sure to click the Add or Update button.
