If you use Outlook on the Web, you can add the Report Phishing button in your settings so it will appear in messages you select to read. If you don't adjust your settings, the Report Phishing button is available when you click the ellipsis on the top right of your email.

Enable the Report Phishing Button to Messages

  1. OpenOutlook on the Web.

  2. Open any email message and click on the ellipsis button (More Actions) located in the message toolbar.

  3. From the More Actions Menu, select Customize actions.

  4. In the Customize Actions window, check the box for Report Phishing.

  5. Click Save and close the window.

Use the Report Phishing Button in Outlook on the Web

  1. From the Inbox panel, double-click on the message you've identified as a suspected phishing attempt.

  2. Click on envelope with a yellow exclamation point icon in the message’s toolbar.
