Following having your SHU-issued laptop serviced by PC Support Services and/or acquiring a replacement component (i.e. power adapter, stylus, etc.) there may be a fee associated with the services rendered.
If you wish to question the assessment of this resulting fee or discuss a reduction of this fee you may file an appeal form. To do so you would want to perform one of the following actions to begin the appeal process:
Complete the laptop appeal form.
Visit the Corrigan Hall Technical Services Area, located in CH28, to acquire the appeal form and have appeal process began for you.
