Following having your SHU-issued laptop serviced by PC Support Services and/or acquiring a replacement component (i.e. power adapter, stylus, etc.) there may be a fee associated with the services rendered.
If you wish to question the assessment of this resulting fee or discuss a reduction of this fee you may file an appeal form. To do so you would want visit the Corrigan Hall Technical Services Area, located in CH29, to acquire the appeal form and have appeal process began for you.
