The Amazon WorkSpace Additional Software request form must be submitted by the Manager or Head of the Department for requesting Amazon WorkSpace additional software/whitelisting of a website for a subordinate.

Requests for additional software (that is outside of the default applications) to be installed onto an Amazon WorkSpace workstation and/or to whitelist one or more web sites will require approval by the IT Security group.

Please Note

The manager or department head must initiate the request process for additional software installation/whitelisting of a site for a staff member.

Once the form has been submitted and it has been reviewed and approved, the staff member will be contacted to discuss installation of additional software onto their Amazon WorkSpaces account.
