Request Classroom Support

The Media Services department installs and maintains all the classroom technology on campus and provides audio visual equipment and support in classrooms, meeting spaces and event locations. Technical training and staffing are included in its portfolio of services.

Please consult our schedule when planning activities and events on the campus. If you are planning an event that takes place outside the posted hours of operation and need support, please contact Media Services immediately to discuss arrangements.

All classrooms on campus have standard equipment such as projectors, screens and speakers. Classroom delivery requires 3 business day notice to guarantee service.

• To request classroom support for South Orange or IHS campus, please complete the Media Services request form.

• To request classroom support for the Law School, please complete the Request for AV Services for Law School Events form.

If you require training in the classroom, or experience incidents concerning equipment found damaged, missing or malfunctioning, please open a ticket with the Service Desk or call the Technology Service Desk at (973) 275-2222.
