Qualtrics Surveys
Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool available to the Seton Hall community. Qualtrics Research Suite software simplifies the process of collecting and analyzing data. It also supports collaboration, making it easy to build and share surveys with peers at Seton Hall. Qualtrics replaced ASSET, a survey tool developed at Seton Hall that has been in existence since 2002. Previous ASSET users will need to download all important data and not create any new surveys in that system.
All users can begin using Qualtrics by logging in to PirateNet. On the application dashboard, click on the Qualtrics app.
The first time you use it, you will need to click the “No, I don’t have a preexisting account here” button when prompted.
Next, click Sign In.
You will also have to accept the Terms of Service by clicking the green “I accept” button.
The next screen that appears will prompt you to create your first project (survey). Click the "Blank Survey Project" button to begin. You may have to reduce your browser magnification to 100% in order to view all buttons.
Your instructor or research advisor should be your first point of contact if you need help with the design of your survey. For technical help in creating the survey, you can refer to the Qualtrics support site at https://www.qualtrics.com/support or visit the links below:
