The Media Services department installs and maintains all the classroom technology on campus and provides audio visual equipment and support in classrooms, meeting spaces and event locations. Technical training and staffing are included in its portfolio of services.
Please consult our schedule when planning activities and events on the campus. If you are planning an event that takes place outside the posted hours of operation and need support, please contact Media Services immediately to discuss arrangements.
Submit a request for equipment and support. All classrooms on campus have standard equipment such as projectors, screens and speakers. Classroom delivery requires 3 business day notice to guarantee service.
Incidents concerning equipment found damaged, missing or malfunctioning may be reported by opening a ticket with the Service Desk or by calling the Technology Service Desk at ext. 2222 from on-campus, (973) 275-2222 from off-campus.
