Our Managed Print Program has been designed to enhance the efficiency of our print services and optimize the utilization of print supplies.

Centralized Supply Storage: Printer supplies should be housed in a designated location known to all staff members within a department for enhanced accessibility and operational efficiency.

Toner Replenishment: When a device reaches a low toner level of 20%, you will receive a warning on the screen. Toner replenishment will be automatically triggered and shipped to the printer location. If the toner reaches 5% or lower without a replacement, please contact the Technology Service Desk to initiate a supply request.

Supply Replacement Process: Before replacing any print supply, please ensure that the current supply (e.g., toner, drum, etc.) has been fully utilized and has reached 0%. This approach aligns with our commitment to reducing waste and maximizing the value of each supply.

Note: If you think the toner in your printer has been depleted, but are uncertain how to verify the toner levels, please reach out to the Technology Service Desk before replacing the toner.

Defective or Unusual Cases: If you encounter a defective supply or experience any unusual issues during the printing process, please contact the Technology Service Desk to promptly resolve the issue and minimize disruptions to your printing workflow.
