Available only to instructors, the Course Photo Roster displays a list of students enrolled in your course along with basic contact information and a photograph supplied by the ID Card Center. This tool provides the ability to "put a face with a name" as well as develop seating assignments and "meet" online students. The tool is available in Self-Service Banner.
How do I access the Photo Roster?
Login to PirateNet and click on the Self-Service Banner app.
Click on the Faculty/Advisor Dashboard icon
Click on View Class/Wait Lists.
Click in the row for the course you are interested in viewing.
A class list will appear with the students' photos displaying to the left of the student’s name. A blank avatar will appear if the student does not have a photo on record.
Note: Student photos will only display to the instructor of record.
Click the Print icon in the upper right of the screen.
