Course Photo Roster

What is the Photo Roster?

Available only to instructors, this tool presents a roster of students enrolled in your course along with basic contact information and a photograph supplied by the ID Card Center. This tool provides the ability to "put a face with a name" as well as develop seating assignments and "meet" online students. The tool is available in the University Portal.  

How do I access the Photo Roster? 

  1. Login to PirateNet/LawNet.

  2. Navigate to the University Portal,

  1. Locate the Faculty & Advising tab.

  2. Under My Course Information Card, click on View Class/Wait List.

  1. Click in the row for the course you are interested in viewing. 

  2. The student photos will be listed to the left of the student’s name. Student photos will only display to the instructor of record. A Pirate avatar will display if the student does not have a photo on record with card services.

How do I print the Photo Roster? 

  • Click the Print button on the upper right of the screen.

How do I enlarge the photos for printing? 

  1. Click on the Print Icon.

  2. On the Printer settings screen change the layout to Landscape.

  1. Change the Scale from Default to Custom. Then enter 200.
