Printer Rental Process
Departments may request to rent a printing device for a short period of time and/or for a special project or event.
To request the rental of a printer, the department should contact the Technology Service Desk at ServiceDesk@shu.edu. The Technology Service Desk representative will generate a ticket and alert XSE of the department’s request. XSE will contact the requester to further discuss the needs, the features required, availability of printers and fees associated with the printer rental. Please provide advance notice for all printer rental requests (minimum of 3 business days).
