Report Phish

To report phishing emails in Outlook, you can use the built-in "Report" feature available across various platforms:

Outlook for Windows (Desktop):

1. Select the suspicious email without opening it.

2. Click on the Report button in the toolbar.

3. Choose Report Phishing from the dropdown menu.

Outlook on the Web (OWA):

1. Open the suspicious email.

2. Click on the three dots (...) at the top-right corner of the email window.

3. Select Report > Report Phishing

Outlook Mobile App (iOS and Android):

1. Open the suspicious email.

2. Tap the three dots (...) at the top-right corner of the email.

3. Select Report Junk.

4. Choose Phishing and confirm your selection.

By following these steps, the reported email will be sent to Microsoft for analysis, helping to improve security measures and protect other users.
