Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling application included with Microsoft 365 that allows departments and individuals to manage appointments, services, meetings, and availability through a web-based booking page.

Bookings integrates with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online to simplify scheduling and reduce repetitive back-and-forth communication. Automated email notifications and reminders help reduce missed appointments and improve the scheduling experience for both staff and attendees.

Bookings can be used for:

  • Student appointments

  • Advising sessions

  • Office hours

  • Department services

  • Consultations

  • Virtual meetings

  • Team scheduling
