Set up PirateNet SMS or Email Password Reset

In order to enable password reset, you need to log in to PirateNet. In the top header bar, click on your name and then select Settings and Edit Profile

In order to proceed, you will be asked to confirm your current password.

Forgotten Password Text Message

 

In the event you forget your password, you can receive a text message with a recovery code. This feature is useful when you don't have access to your email. Enter the phone number you'll use to receive codes via text message, then click Send Code to verify that it works.

Forgotten Password Question

Select a forgotten password question so you can reset your password in case you have trouble signing in to your Okta account.

Secondary Email

In the Personal Information section, select Edit and enter your personal email address in the Secondary email field.
