Reactivate SPSS With a New License Key

SPSS users that already have the product installed and need to update their license can follow these steps. An active internet connection is required to activate the license.

1. Users will see a  “License not valid” message, indicating they’ll need to re-activate the license on their computer. This guide will walk users through the process of entering their new license information into SPSS.

2.  Click “launch License Wizard”

3. When prompted click “Yes” to allow this app to make changes to your device.

4. Click “Next” on the license status screen
   
   

5. Select “Authorized user license” and then click “Next”. Once you have received your new license code from the Department of Information Technology via email, you may copy it into the “Enter Code” box and click “Add”. Click next

6. On the Internet Authorization Status screen users will see a message that the code was processed. If successful, click the next button

7. On Licensing Completed users will see details for the length of their license. Click finish.
